What? How did that happen? So skipping dinner actually works?

Went to bed hungry every night this week. And guess what? It means weightloss.

Whatever. I HATE being hungry.

Swam every single day, but I am still up 1kg from my last weigh day. I have noticed that PreMenstrual, I tend to go up 1kg to 2kg. The weight settles a week after my period.
