Today’s Dinner

16 Feb

Low fat Greek Fetta cheese with a combination of tomato, spanish onion, baby spinach and rocket leaves, topped with chicken breast grilled with garlic and balsamic vinegar. Can’t wait!

Today has been a good day food-wise. I have gone up 3 kg from my lowest early last week, and I am determined to lose it and not gain anymore before my first fill. It is so hard though because I feel like there isn’t even a band in there!

Hi! I just came across your blog because I saw you were a new follower on mine. I went back to your Jan 2011 posts and really loved the ones you did that reminded me of the pro/con lists I did before my surgery. I know you’re only just over a month out from your surgery date and am really excited for you to see all of the things you’re looking forward to come true as you go through this process!!

Am looking forward to reading more! Best wishes for your success — Catherine

Thank you so much for coming by Catherine! Your blog was one of the firsts that I found when I started researching the lapband for myself, so I feel so honoured to have you in my little part of the world! Thanks for commenting!
