Today’s Dinner

Low fat Greek Fetta cheese with a combination of tomato, spanish onion, baby spinach and rocket leaves, topped with chicken breast grilled with garlic and balsamic vinegar. Can’t wait!

Today has been a good day food-wise. I have gone up 3 kg from my lowest early last week, and I am determined to lose it and not gain anymore before my first fill. It is so hard though because I feel like there isn’t even a band in there!

    Hi! I just came across your blog because I saw you were a new follower on mine. I went back to your Jan 2011 posts and really loved the ones you did that reminded me of the pro/con lists I did before my surgery. I know you’re only just over a month out from your surgery date and am really excited for you to see all of the things you’re looking forward to come true as you go through this process!!
